A fabulous pair of evening palazzos in this gorgeous plissee fabric – a silky fabric of fine pleats, which hang beautifully. And don’t even think about ironing them!  They have a fully elasticated waistband, and if they’re too long at 32″ inside leg, all you need do is use a sharp pair of scissors, and chop some fabric off the length.  Easy as pie.
